Designing journals is probably my most popular program right now.  Not only do they completely design the covers, they also bind it themselves.  Here are some gorgeous books finished yesterday in Portola Valley.

Let's Paint Ceramics!

At Fremont Main Library, teens and adults came to enjoy an afternoon of painting ceramics.  I enjoyed watching mothers and sons, and daughters and moms spend creative time together.  Lots of conversations and new friends made as well.

Lady Birds Come to Pacifica

Beautiful bugs to learn about at Pacifica today.  The children loved learning about the Lady Beetle, better known as the Lady Bug. Even adults learned some new facts and enjoyed the program. After learning about these beautiful, helpful bugs, the children made a bug catcher.  They sure enjoyed the craft!  What was really fun was surprising them with live lady bugs to take home.  They were thrilled!
